Pictured is the `Centennial Land Run Monument` by artist Paul Moore in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The monument commemorates the opening of the Unassigned Land in Oklahoma Territory with the Land Run of 1889. It is one of the world’s largest bronze sculptures featuring 45 heroic figures of land run participants as they race to claim new homesteads. The monument is a city park and is open to the public year around 2r hours a day with free admission. The sculptures were created from bronze and stainless steel between April 2003 and 2015.
