Cape Cross (Kaap Kruis in Afrikaans, Das Kreuzkamp in German) is a cape on the Atlantic coast of Namibia, 70 km north of Hentiesbaai. It is a natural protected area classified as a nature reserve (nature reserve) or wildlife preserve (game reserve). Cape Cross is best known today because there is a large colony of sea lions (of the species Arctocephalus pusillus). The fur seals at Cape Cross can c
