There is no place like Bryce Canyon. The red soil and sandstone shaped pillars created by erosion. These are called hoodoos - an unusual name for an odd-shaped pillar of rock left standing from the forces of erosion. While hoodoos can be found on every continent, here in Utah is the largest collection of hoodoos in the world.
