The Brimstone National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located at St. Kitts, West Indies. The fort was designed by the British as a large military complex and built by slaves. Construction began in the 1690s and was finally completed in the 1790s. Canons ring the fortress and offered protection from threats at sea and land.
