English stage and screen actor Brian Bedford arrives for the 65th Annual Tony Awards at the Beacon Theatre in New York City on June 12, 2011. Already a Tony winner, he was nominated this time for Best Leading Actor in a Play for his role in `The Importance of Being Ernest.` Bedford died at his home in Santa Barbara, California on January 13, 2016 from cancer at the age of 80.
