Built into the wall of a building from 1527 - the text is in Dutch, shows 1527 and 1893 on it with a crowned boot. I am not sure of the meaning but believe it might be tied with The Battle of the Golden Spurs which was fought and won by the Flemish in Brugge in 1302.
