The 46th edition of the Presidential Tour of Turkey started on a high note in Istanbul. For the first time, the race had an inaugural time trial and the winner was Andre Greipel. The German is therefore once again the world’s most successful rider. He’s the only one with seven wins under his belt this year. His team mate Tejar Van Gardener became the second, whereas Maciej Bodnar from Liquigas Doimo became the third.
