Pictured are is a Berber village surrounding the Kasbah du Toubkal, a unique mountain lodge in the Toubkal National Park in the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco. It sits on a hilltop with a view of the seven surrounding Berber villages of the Imil valley. A mosque with minaret stands out in the village and the walnut trees are just starting to bud so they appear barren from this distance. The almost shimmering white flowers of the fully bloomed cherry plum trees dot the landscape in the foreground.
