Beijing People's Art Theatre, founded in June 12, 1952, is a Chinese drama groups. Dramatic master Cao Yu was the first Dean of the theater. The past 50 years, the Beijing People's Art Theatre and as our capital, had a great history. Lao She's famous play Dragon Beard Ditch is the foundation of her as, soon after performing a series of Cao Yu's Thunderstorm, Sunrise, Peking Man, and Guo's famous play, Fifteen Strings of Coins. In the 14 years before the Cultural Revolution, Beijing People's Art Theatre to create a total of 121 productions staged the size of the achievements.
