Early one morning I discovered in one of the main streets in the centre of Liverpool I discovered that there was a very colourful new piece of street art signed @andatwhatcost #Sgtpepper50. It is a large mural and had one of the many homeless sleepers in the city centre in front of it. Although it was early morning there were some commuters on mobile phones walking past the figure in the sleeping bag. They were ignoring not just the rough sleeper but also the stunning Beatles mural on the wall. This photograph was taken early one morning in the summer of 2017.
