Mural by artist Danielle Mastrion located at the corner of Rivington Street and Ludlow Street, aka Beastie Boys Square, on Manhattan`s Lower East Side. The mural features Beastie Boys members Michael `Mike D` Diamond, Adam `MCA` Yauch, and Adam `Ad-Rock` Horovitz. Initially done in 2014 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the group`s second album, `Paul’s Boutique,` it as repainted by the artist in 2019. Though formed in the 1970s as The Young Aborigines, the Beastie Boys found mainstream success in the 1990s and were influential until they disbanded in 2012 following the death of Adam `MCA` Yauch. This photo was taken in New York City, New York, on November 12th 2022.
