Ceremonial Hall in the official residence of the president, Beit Hanassi, was the site of the welcoming ceremony for the incoming government of Israel, led by Yitzhak Rabin. At the podium on left is President Chaim Herzog who is introducing Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and his cabinet on July 14, 1992. Of architectural note are the stained glass tryptick by artist Reuven Rubin, and the 63 painted squares of acriylic on asbestos telling the story of immigration to pre-state Israel, made by Naftali Bezem. The floor is a mosaic pattern.
