Battery Steele is a United States military fortification on Peak's Island Portland, Maine in Casco Bay. Complteted in 1942 as part of World War 2 it is located on 14 acres on the oceanside area of the island. Formerly part of the Peak's Island Military Reservation. Today, filled with much colorful graffiti art.
