Co-Director Antonio Ferrera, artist Christo and his environmental art collaborator Jeanne-Claude, and Albert Maysles appear at a press conference for The Gates, at the 6th Annual Tribeca Film Festival in Manhattan on May 1, 2007. Maysles, a documentary filmmaker/director/producer/cinematographer, died in New York City at 88 on March 5, 2015. In 2013 he was awarded the National Medal of Arts.
