The foursome were nominated for Tonys for “Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman. Hoffman, an academy award winner for Capote, died at the age of 46 on Feb. 2, 2014 at his New York apartment, from an apparent drug overdose. Nichols died in New York City on November 19, 2014 at the age of 83.
