Ai Island or Ay Island is an island and village in Banda District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku. The location of this island is 6 miles west of the Banda Islands. Ai Island is one of the good snorkeling spots in the Banda Sea. Ai Island has a small pier, surrounded by clear turquoise blue sea with healthy and stunningly beautiful coral reefs and marine life. Ay Island is one of six inhabited islands in the Banda Islands.
