A 15th century Spanish Astronomical Anthology is displayed at the Jewish Museum exhibition on the Sassoons in New York City in 2023. This book shows the high level of scientific achievement of the time resulting from pollination between Jewish, Muslim and Christian scholars. This was among the highlights of the exhibition of 120 paintings, Hebrew manuscripts, and Jewish ceremonial art called The Sassoons at The Jewish Museum at 5th Avenue and 92nd Street in New York City. The show ran from March 30 through August 13, 2023. Beginning with David Sassoon, the museum traced the family until World War II as it migrated from Iraq to India, then China, and finally to England.
