While doing aid relief volunteer work in Uganda on the ground for 2 months we had the privilege to meet hundreds of lovely people, children, families and this sweet mom and little girl were so excited when they saw our camera and wanted a photograph taken. It was a pleasure to capture the sweet smile of this pretty young woman and her small child, and despite the poverty and hardship they were living in, in their remote rural village in Uganda, Africa, they were filled with joy and gratitude for the smallest of gestures, like taken their photograph. To them, having a photograph taken is a true luxury! Please note this image is for editorial purposes only.
