Corbii de Piatra (The Stone Ravens) is one of the oldest, most intriguing and least known churches located about 20 Km west of Campulung Muscel, (Arges county), Romania. The church is also one of the corners of the equilateral triangle of rupestrian (cave) churches in Arges. (1 - Namaiesti, 2 - Corbii de Piatra and 3 - Cetatuia Negru Voda). Being embedded in stone and hidden right at the foot of the mountain's wall, the church was perfectly adapted for those times of persecutions and wars. The earliest dating of the church, as an orthodox dwelling creed, goes around the end of the 2nd century A.D.
