Winter night scene (HDR) of Stockalper Palace in Brig, Switzerland. The palace is one of the most significant architectural accomplishments from Valais (Wallis) area of Switzerland. In Rennaissance-Baroque style, it was build between 1658-1678 by Kaspar Jodoc Stockalper von Thurm, a representative of the Stockalper family of mechants controlling the Simplon Pass over the Alps. The three towers are named Caspar, Melchior and Balthazar.
