The three key words for the Salone del Gusto are: Good, satisfying for the senses. A subjective concept that combines knowledge and taste. Clean, respectful of the environment, sustainable throughout the supply chain: from field to fork. Fair, in keeping with concepts of social justice in places of production and commercialization.
