Ruins of Carmo church and convent in Lisbon, Portugal. Once one of main catholic churches and carmelite convent in Lisbon, it was destroyed by the earthquake in 1755. It was never rebuilt as a symbol of the tragedy - 15 000 people dead. Today is te center of Portuguese Archeologists and a most visited museum.
