BATH, UK - FEBRUARY 10, 2015: Ambulances wait on standby at the Royal United Hospital as junior doctors go on strike. Junior NHS doctors across the country have taken part in a 24 hour walk-out in opposition to a government plan to introduce new contracts, which critics argue will effectively increase workload and decrease pay. The doctor's industrial action has led to the cancellation of 3,000 non-emergency operations at NHS hospitals across the UK.
