Co-creators George Pelecanos and David Simon arrive for the New York premiere of HBO`s multi-part drama, `The Deuce,` The dramatic series follows the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the industry in New York`s Times Square from the early 1970s through the mid-1980s. The event was held at the SVA Theater in Manhattan on Sept. 7, 2017. The duo are co-executive producers and collaborated as writers on this project.
