Hut of Dorze tribe in Dorze village near Arba Minch in Southern Ethiopia. Its front resembles the face of an elephant. The huts typically stand approximately 100 years because of a unique way they are built. Very tall when new, they are being regularly chopped down from the bottom as they become more and more eaten by termites. With age the huts become shorter.
