Some workers are processing dried fish in the 300-acre area of ??Nazira Tech, the largest dried fish factory in Bangladesh. One of the oldest methods of food preservation is food drying. Sun-drying or storing dried fish is a method of keeping fish in the sun to remove water. The water keeps various micro-organisms alive and helps the fish to decompose. Currently, many fishermen families in Bangladesh have taken this work as their profession.
