Cattle graze on the edge of black cliffs near Whittington Beach County Park located in Kaū District off Highway 11 on the Big Island of Hawaii. The ocean crashes against the cliffs but the cattle do not seem phased. They graze on grass from the rich volcanic soil found in Hawaii. The park is not far from Kona, and offers fantastic views of ocean, surf, beaches and cliffs. This is more of the unusual and dramatic landscapes found all over the Big Island.
