The three story brick building located on East Ninth Street in Shawnee, Oklahoma was built during the oil boom of the 1920`s by three local Physicians Anderson, Carson and Hughes. It served as Shawnee`s only hospital from 1929-1967 when it merged with Broadway Hospital and opened as Shawnee Regional and is currently located on MacArthur Street in Shawnee under the name of Saint Anthony`s. Actor Brad Pitt who is from Oklahoma was born at the ACH Hospital in 1963. Although unoccupied, the building remains as part of historical downtown Shawnee.
